The petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 175/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner that he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant with bricks and also tied him with tree. Injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein doctor has found two injuries, i.e. lacerated wound of size 1 1⁄4" x 1/" x 1⁄4" on the head and tenderness on the right shoulder.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51412 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 175/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
