2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and four more persons are said to have stabbed the victim. There is no specific allegation against anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
