The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 311/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not the direct relative of the in-laws family of the deceased.

Considering the same that the petitioner is not directly related to the deceased and there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28789 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 allegations against the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 311/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
