This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 504, 324 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation as per the prosecution is that on 26.06.2018 at about 10:30 P.M. the petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have attacked the informant and his family members resulting in injury to them.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a general and omnibus allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51637 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioners and they have been falsely implicated on account of village rivalry. The petitioners are stated to be having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
