To-day, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed wherein letter dated 27th January 2015 has been tagged from which it appears that the petitioner has been confirmed in service with effect from 1st April 2014, provided the petitioner would accept the terms and conditions mentioned therein. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he accepts the letter in toto and also submits that if the petitioner has any
Patna High Court CWJC No.20760 of 2012 (12) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 grievance, he may be given liberty to represent before the authority concerned.
It goes without saying that the petitioner has always liberty to raise his grievance and the authority will be obliged to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
