The two petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Thakaraha P.S.Case No. 25/2013 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

The petitioners have been named in the first information report. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is nothing incriminating in the case diary against these petitioners and the petitioner no.2 is an unmarried daughter of petitioner no.1.

However considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36844 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 The application is accordingly rejected.

The petitioners may seek their regular bail after surrender which shall be disposed of in accordance with law on its own merits.
