JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard Mr. Binoy Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the BSFC and Mr. Bijoy Kumar Sinha who represent the State.

The present petition was preferred for violation of order dated 08.02.2016 in CWJC No.12478/2012 by which direction was given to the BSFC, Jharkhand.

Show-causes have been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4034 of 2016(7) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 respective parties.

In a show-cause by the opposite party no.3 dated 05.02.2020 an order passed dated 04.02.2020 has been incorporated showing certain amount that is to be recovered from the petitioner herein.

The petition is well advised to challenge the said order in a writ court. This Court in contempt jurisdiction cannot go into the merit of the said order.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
