The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Rahim Hussain, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.48756 of 2016 vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61719 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 214 of 2015, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
