The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the eight named accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have come variously armed and of having assaulted the grand father of the informant with a Kudal leading to serious injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that allegations against the accused persons are general and omnibus in nature. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner being in custody for 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Basantpur (Lakdi Nabiganj O.P.) P.S. Case no. 484 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
