The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No.198 of 1999/109 of 2016 arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.22 of 1998 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail, the petitioner, who is in custody since 04.01.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-III, Nawada in connection with S.Tr. No.198 of 1999/109 of 2016 arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.22 of 1998 subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be a Government
