The present petition has been filed against order dated 04.11.2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Maintenance Case No. 192/2014, whereby the petitioner has been directed to make payment of Rs. 6,000/- per month as interim maintenance to O.P. No. 2 along with her two children.

From the impugned order, it appears that no final order has been passed in this case. Court below has only passed order of interim maintenance.

In view of such, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4868 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the Cr. Misc. petition is dismissed. The court below is directed to pass final order in this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
