2. The application has been filed preferring the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs order/orders to for releasing the Khesra No.

506 which has been entered in Registration stay list Thana No. 155, Khata No. 2, Khesra No. 506 village Ajagarawa P.S. Pakarideyal.

Said land mention in Register-2 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.5226 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 Jamabandi No. 15 and land area 0.7.1 dhur named Late Kapurchand father of the Marachhi Devi (petitioner) and granted the all other consequential benefit and/or only other relief or reliefs for the which petitioner from entitle to facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the Collector, Motihari, East Champaran for the redressal of his grievance within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such petition is filed along with all the relevant documents within four weeks from today, the Collector, Motihari, East Champaran shall be duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion after hearing all the parties and perusal of records within a period of six months thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
