The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of S.C./S.T. Act.

There is land dispute between the parties and when the informant went to measurement of water canal then petitioners abused by calling his caste name and assaulted him by fist and slap.

Having regard to the nature of allegation, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.130 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
