JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant jointly submits that an amicable settlement between the parties have been reached and the complainant is staying with the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20552 of 2022(3) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.C-132 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
