During course of patrolling, perceiving suspicious activity, the miscreants were challenged whereupon two persons managed to escape while three persons were apprehended. Petitioner happens to be one of them. On search, from the possession of all the three including the petitioner, country made loaded pistols have been recovered. Then thereafter, a jeep, and a motorcycle were found wherefrom a lady got down and tried to flee who was also apprehended. Furthermore, on search, from the said vehicle arms and other items were recovered. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.05.2017 having no criminal antecedents as per para-3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62082 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 petition.
Accordingly, petitioner, Sudhir Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera in connection with Sessions Trial No. 666/2017 arising out of Hasanpur PS Case No. 70/2017.
