Petitioners seek bail in Maner P.S. Case No.615 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. Informant has stated in the First Information Report that he could not identify the miscreants. They were not put on Test Identification Parade. The police arrested the petitioners and recorded their confessional statement. They are in custody since 25.06.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51207 of 2018 (2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6th, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S.
