JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in paragraph no.1 of the bail petition. Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a Panchayat Sachiv, and the complainant made allegation that the petitioner along with others, including C.D.P.O. made interpolation in the record of Anju Kumari for her appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

It is submitted that the C.D.P.O., who is incharge of appointment of Anganwari Sevika, has already been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.198 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 by this Court-vide order dated 7-8-2013 in Cr.Misc.No. 20591 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid fact, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 26/08 corresponding to Spl. Case No. 15/08, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) B.Roy/- U
