JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. However, petitioner has already been dismissed from the service vide order dated 8.12.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23986 of 2023(2) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 287 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
