2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the brother of the informant with bricks causing injury to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that the petitioners are gotiya of the informant.

No.22638 of 2024(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 He also submits that the petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and the petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to co-operate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District- Auragabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
