This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.04.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in Criminal Revision No. 36 of 2015 by which the cognizance order dated 03.02.2014 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea was challenged in Baisi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013 by which order the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea confirmed the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea without going through the facts of the case.

No ground for interference is made out.
