Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2019, passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35642 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 No.2626/2019, by which the petitioners/appellants were granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 04.09.2019, passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2626/2019 for surrender of the appellants/petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit a cost of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
