Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service by the employment unit vide order dated 8.12.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21621 of 2023(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 286 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
