This is an application for regular bail in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 137 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant, who is an Assistant Sub-Inspector, on receiving information that four accused persons on a white colour motorcycle were going to do illegal act in the house of one Anju Devi wife of Permanand Singh, he proceeded to chase them and on seeing police party they succeeded to flee away but the motorcycle was seized and two mobile phones and one loaded country made pistol were recovered from the dickey of it. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was not arrested on the spot. He is innocent and has falsely been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 137 of 2017.
