The petitioner complains against illegal occupation of the Government quarters by the Government employees within Sasaram Block and Dehri-on-Sone Block in the district of Rohtas. He thus seeks a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas to make an enquiry, fix responsibility and take necessary action for removal of such illegal occupation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6266 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, while seriously espousing the cause so raised, has not been able to pinpoint any such illegal occupation except that it is found in the representation at Annexure 1 to the writ petition which again is sans any detail.

In such view of the matter and for the present, we accord liberty to the petitioner to file a purposeful complaint before the District Magistrate, Rohtas together with the supportive facts and figures as regarding the Government employees who are in illegal occupation of the quarters in the said block.

It goes without saying that any such complaint made by the petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the District Magistrate, Rohtas within a period of three months of its filing.

With the observations and directions above, the writ petition is disposed of.
