JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the named accused in this case whose prayer for anticipatory bail was refused by the learned Sessions Judge on 20th March 2013 in A.B.P.
