2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, during inspection, 1303 quintals of paddy was found short in the godown of Koilakh PACS. It is further alleged that some of the farmers also alleged that they have not received the price of paddy and their passbook is with the petitioner which was also admitted by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2026. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State, by filing counter affidavit, submits that all the farmers have been paid their dues by Koilakh PACS against the quantity of grain lifted/purchased by the PACS. In this regard, NOC has already been issued by the Co-operative Bank vide Memo No. 72 dated 19.01.2024 (Annexure-R/B (Series) to the counter affidavit).
5. Considering the aforesaid submission and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 58 of 2023, G.R. No. 373 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
