The petitioner seeks bail in Katra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 80 litres of Toddy has been recovered from possession of co-accused and this petitioner was found in drunken condition.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2022 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 26 of 2022.
