The present writ application for a direction to Respondent No. 2, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to take a decision on the application of the petitioner submitted on 08.01.2012 for grant of arms licence but decision has not been taken by the licensing authority till date.

In the entire writ application it is only mentioned that the petitioner submitted application for grant of arms licence but description of the arms has not been given. In the circumstances, let Respondent No. 2,

Patna High Court CWJC No.556 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram take a decision on the application of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of.
