The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the said order dated 03.03.2016 is required to be challenged before the State Appellate Authority, Patna. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.03.2016 before the State Appellate Authority, Bihar, Patna.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
