JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302, 304B, 120B and 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased, is aged 60 years has not concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. The allegation is vague and general and the husband of the victim is already in jail. Petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Madhubani in Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the
