In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under sections 304 (B)/34 of the I.P.C.

At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case husband has faced trial vide Sessions Trial No. 148 of 2014 and he has been acquitted and the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law having no specific allegation and as such they deserve sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, who are mother-in-law and father-in-law, in case of

No.38600 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013/ G.R. No. 1638 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
