Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands and has concealed the facts with regard to construction of building by the petitioner and Respondent No. 9 without sanctioned map in violation of building bye-laws, for which, the Vigilance Case has been initiated against the petitioner and Respondent No. 9.
Mr. Abbas Haider, learned SC-6 for the State is also present.
The prayer for withdrawal of this writ application by the petitioner is allowed.
This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
