JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner enticed the the daughter of the informant and took her away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. denied the prosecution case. She stated that she had left her house at her own sweet will and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
