JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 IPC. It is alleged that three accused persons namely Awesh, Ragiv and Manoj Kumar were making Aadhaar Cards by receiving Rs.30/- from each person and they claimed to be representatives of M/s Home Life Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. where the petitioner was senior staff.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has only an agreement with M/s Home Life Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. for supply of infrastructure equipments, hence, he is not related with making of the Aadhaar Cards. Moreover, the name of the persons, who were realizing money, is specifically mentioned in the FIR. A statement has been made in paragraph 3

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.139 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
