ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

The petitioner has been in custody since 10.11.2017 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 115/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/465/467/471/ 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant it appears that certain money transaction took place between the complainant and one Arbind Kumar who is said to have received money from the complainant for sale/purchase of a truck after making certain repair and maintenance. It further appears from the entire material available on record that the petitioner was the person who had introduced the complainant to the said Arbind Kumar. However, there is no specific role of the petitioner, other than, whatsoever has been pointed out by the complainant.

No.510 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., I, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 115/2017.

However, before releasing the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that another case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner then after taking suitable sureties alone release the petitioner. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
