The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioners is of killing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and they were living separately from the husband of the deceased. It has been further submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52220 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 deceased committed suicide. According to postmortem report, there is no external injury on the person of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioners. They have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 28.06.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014.
