Vide order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30264 of 2021, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to surrender within time. In that view of the matter, the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30264 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Patahi P.S.
