The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018 in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and only on account of land dispute between himself and the seizure list witness, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
