The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2022 in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) Of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act 2016 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the period of custody, the application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna City in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022.
