The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2013, G.R. No. 753 of 2013 registered under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the victim. It is further submitted that, though, there is allegation of attempt of rape but charge sheet has been submitted for offence under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that victim is living at her Naihar as her husband is a mentally retarded. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandrabir Singh Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani, in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya P.S. Case No.40 of 2013,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36603 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 G.R. No. 753 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that petitioner will pay Rs. 1200/- per month as maintenance to the victim. m.p.
