Petitioners seek bail in Teghra P.S.Case No.203 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 341, 356, 379/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of forcibly taking the informant on their motor cycle and thereafter snatching Rs.50300/- from the informant and also making a blind fire in his presence. It has been submitted that the petitioners are innocent and that he had lent Rs.1,20000/- to the informant and on demand of his money the present F.I.R. has been filed by the informant which is apparent from the contents of the F.I.R. itself in which the informant has stated that the petitioners demanded their money. The petitioners are in custody since 12.6.2018

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai, in Teghra P.S.
