JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 186 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. has been registered against unknown and the petitioner appears to have been remanded in this case on the confession of other accused persons. But for the fact that the petitioner does not have clean antecedents, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 186 of 2019.
