2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 315 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(a), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, later on Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others are said to have assaulted the victim. The victim died after four months of occurrence i.e. on 13.09.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that no offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. is

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateII, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 315 of 2024, subject to further condition: (i) The petitioner shall appear personally on each date in the Trial Court till the framing of charge and after framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
