During course of returning after meeting nature's call, deceased, Pintu Kumar with Chhotu Kumar, as soon as reached near the house of one Begraj Yadav on 25.01.2018 at about 7.30 AM, Kapil Yadav armed with Fasuli, Sanoj Yadav, Bipin Yadav and Manoj Yadav came and caught hold of Pintu Kumar joined by Balram Yadav, Bhim Yadav, Rohit Yadav and Gorelal Yadav and they threw Pintu over the ground, caught hold of him and then Kapil Yadav gave repeated Fasuli blows. They have also assaulted Chhotu with fists and slaps. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.07.2018 having no criminal antecedents as per para-3 of the petition.
