BADAR ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 The applicant/accused in Crime No. 745 of 2019 registered with Fatuha Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/384/386/307/504/506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act, by this application is seeking his release on bail during pendency of the trial.

Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant/accused.

In the second bail application of the applicant it is argued that the applicant is entitled for bail because mother of the injured has not spoken about firing by the present applicant. It is further argued that the narrations of the incident were not correct.

This Court cannot review its own order. On

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18811 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 20.12.2021 an application of the present applicant for release on bail came to be rejected on merits after perusal of the casediary. The perversity, if any, committed while passing that order cannot be rectified by this Court by reviewing the same order. There is no change in circumstance warranting entertainment of this second application. Hence, the application is rejected.

The applicant to remove all office objections forthwith and the Registry to issue the certified copy of this order only after removal of office objections by the applicant/accused.
