This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 32(2), 32(3), 34, 36, 41

(1) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner has twelve similar antecedents. There is recovery of 432 litres of illegal country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer of bail after he will granted bail in other cases.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23553 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
