JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a complaint for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner before the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before the concerned Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and in case a complaint is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose of the same within a period of sixty days thereafter.
