Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.
The petitioner has been in custody since 09.10.2017 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that even in the case diary, the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner have been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the nature of injuries and also the period of custody and because there is no cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
