JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that statutory amount deposited before this Court be allowed to be withdrawn as parties have already entered into compromise and in pursuance thereof the National Lok Adalat, Bettiah has passed a decree of Rs.2,25,000.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep the statutory amount pending before this Court. In view of the order passed by the National Lok Adalat petitioners are permitted to withdraw the statutory amount lying before this Court and office is directed to take necessary steps in this regard.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this application is disposed of.
