The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/342/504/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making assault to the informant when nephew of the informant came to rescue he was also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injuries of the informant and his nephew have been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also wherein petitioners' side also received injuries. At earlier point of time, the petitioners' side lodged Bhabua P.S. Case No.283 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33561 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 2015. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.284 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
